🎓 Who Should Enroll? – Eligibility
To sit for the SPHRi™ Exam, you must meet one of the following criteria:
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience with a Master’s degree or global equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience with a Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience with less than a Bachelor’s degree.
Note: The SPHRi™ certification does not require a U.S.-based HR knowledge—it is designed for international HR professionals, making it highly relevant for professionals in Bangladesh and Asia-Pacific regions.
