About the Role:

A leading company in AI and digital transformation, serving the banking, finance, and healthcare sectors, is seeking an experienced Pega Developer with LSA certification to lead end-to-end Pega solution development and implementation. You’ll collaborate with architects and product teams to build scalable and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Understand and translate business requirements into technical architecture and solutions
✔ Design, develop, and maintain Pega applications and integration components
✔ Work with architects to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture
✔ Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and apply automation and monitoring
✔ Lead and mentor junior developers throughout the development cycle
✔ Troubleshoot and support deployed applications
✔ Prepare technical documentation and present solutions to stakeholders

Requirements:

✅ LSA Certified Pega Developer
✅ 12+ years of relevant Pega development experience
✅ Strong understanding of solution architecture, integration, and agile delivery
✅ Proficiency in automation, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines
✅ Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
