About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Applications Manager to oversee and enhance IT applications within a leading company specializing in healthcare technology solutions. You will play a pivotal role in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing IT application systems, ensuring efficiency in HIS (Hospital Information Systems) and ERP, particularly in areas like patient billing, insurance, doctor fees, and backend financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Lead the implementation, testing, and troubleshooting of IT application software
✔️ Gather user requirements, conduct GAP analysis, SIT & UAT, and facilitate user training
✔️ Ensure seamless integration and upgrades of IT applications
✔️ Provide technical support to end-users and collaborate with vendors to resolve issues
✔️ Improve system automation and efficiency through workflow analysis
✔️ Design customized reports for decision-making and compliance

Requirements:

✔️ 10+ years of experience in IT application management, preferably in healthcare
✔️ Strong expertise in HIS, ERP, and financial systems
✔️ Proven leadership abilities with a problem-solving mindset
✔️ Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
✔️ Ability to handle multiple projects and work effectively in a team environment
✔️ Willingness to travel when required
